Dears,
There is a common and new problem faced by Twitter API developers when you try to set full permission to your application. Simply, all of us go to application and set mobile info as recommended by twitter community. but we face problem
Problem
when try to provide your mobile number, message tell that your provider is no support now. So you are sucked.
Solution
even solution is silly, but it the only right way to solve it :)
1. open your mobile, and allow internet connectivity
2. open twitter application
3. go to twitter development , and open your application
4. manage application, and set for it full permission.
your application is fully permitted , and you can test from your code application to try
Thank you
