مواصفات رسالة الماجستير و كيفية كتابتها و اخراجها

1- المقدمة :

يحدد هذا الجزء الشكل الخارجى و الداخلى لرسائل الماجستير الممنوحة من كلية الحاسبات و التكنولوجيا – الاكاديمية العربية و التى يجب إتباعها بكل دقة حتى تخرج الرسائل العلمية للكلية فى شكل موحد و مميز و مشرف . و على جميع طلاب الدراسات العليا المتقدمين برسائل الماحستير التأكد من أخراج رسائلهم طبقأ للمواصفات الواردة فى هذه المذكرة قبل تقديمها الى لجنة التحكيم . و مرفق فى نهاية هذا الجزء عينات من الصفحات لرسالة الماجستير و التى تم اعدادها طبقاً للمواصفات المطلوبة و ذلك حتى يتمكن الطالب من الاستعانة بها عند إعداد رسالته .

2- مواصفات عامة:

· ورق الكتابة

يستعمل الورق الابيض مقاس A4 بوزن 80 جرام فى إعداد اصل الرسالة و تكتب الرسالة على وجه واحد من الورق .

· طريقة الكتابة

تكون الكتابة بالحبر الاسود بأستخدام الحاسب الشخصى و بإستخدام برنامج معالجة النصوص

MS Word (و يفضل نسخة حديثة منه) مع الطبع بأستخدام طابعات الليزر أو طابعات الحبر ذات الجودة العالية و يجب التأكد من أن أصل الرسالة نقى و خال تماماً من أى علامات سوداء نتيجة الطباعة. و يراعى أن تكتب الرسالة على مسافة و نصف بين الاسطر و يكون نمط الكتابة

( Times New Roman ) بحجم 12 على أن يوحد فى الرسالة بأكملها . و يفضل استعمال حجم اكبر للحروف فى العناوين الرئيسية و الفرعية و عناوين الاشكال و الجداول مع توحيدها فى الرسالة بحد اقصى حجم 18 بنط سميك (Bold) .

· الهوامش

يترك هامش علوي واّّّّّّّّخر سفلي مقدار كل منهم 2.5سم . ويترك هامش خارجي (على يمين الصفحات في الرسائل باللغه الانجليزية و على يسار الصفحات في الرسالة باللغة العربية ) مقدارة ايضا 2.5سم اما الهامش الداخلي (على يسارالصفحات في الرسائل باللغة الانجليزية و على يمين الصفحات في الرسائل باللغة العربية ) فيكون 4 سم حتى يسمح بتجليد الرسالة بدون حجب الكتابة .

· نسخ الرسالة

يتم عمل نسخ من اصل الرسالة للإيداع بمكتبة الكلية و التوزيع على المشرفين و أعضاء لجنة التحكيم على ورق ابيض مقاس A4 بأستخدام ماكينات التصوير الجيدة و بنفس حجم الرسالة الاصلية بدون تصغير أو تكبير و يتم تصوير نسخ الرسالة على وجهى ورق التصوير الذى يجب ألا يقل وزنه عن 80 جرام . كما يجب التأكد من خلو نسخ الرسالة بعد التصوير من أية علامات سوداء نتيجة التصوير او أى خطوط نتيجة وجود ملصقات على الأصل .

· الرسومات و الجداول و المعادلات

يتم إعداد رسومات و أشكال أصلية للرسالة باستخدام أقلام التحبير و الحبر الأسود أو بأستخدام طابعات جيدة فى حالة اعداد الرسومات بأستخدام برامج الحاسب الشخصى . أما الجداول فيتم كتاباتها على الحاسب الشخصى و تكتب المعادلات بما فيها من حروف لاتينية او يونانية او غيرها من الرموز بأستخدام الحاسب الشخصى او الاحرف اللاصقة او الشبلونات و لا تقبل كتابة الرموز باليد . و يراعى أن تترك مسافة سطر خالى أعلى و أسفل الرسومات و الجداول و المعدلات . كما يراعى أن تخلو نسخ الرسومات ة الاشكال و المعدلات بعد تصويرها من اية عيوب و أن تكون واضحة تماماً و توضع الرسومات و الجداول فى أقرب مكان لموضع ذكرها فى الرسالة .

· ترقيم الصفحات

يتم ترقيم صفحات الرسالة ماعدا صفحة الغلاف . و يبدأ الترقيم من الصفحة التالية للغلاف بالحرف الرومانى ii فى الرسائل باللغة الانجليزية أو بالحرف ب فى الرسائل باللغة العربية . و يستمر الترقيم بهذه الطريقة حتى نهاية صفحات الرسالة الاولية ثم يبدأ الترقيم بأستخدام الارقام بدءاً من رقم 1 مع بداية أول فصل للرسالة و يستمر الترقيم العددى حتى نهاية الرسالة شاملاً جميع الصفحات بما فيها الرسومات و الجداول . و ترقم صفحات الرسالة فى منتصف أسفل الصفحة على بعد 1.5 سم من حرف الصفحة السفلى .

· الصور الفوتوغرافية

فى حالة احتواء الرسالة على صور فوتوغرافية لعينات أو ما شابه ذلك , يجب ان تكون الصور عالية التباين high contrast على ورق مصقول glossary print و يراعى عدم تصوير الصور الفوتوغرافية فى الرسالة الاصلية على آلات التصوير بل يجب أن تحتوى نسخ الرسالة على صور فوتوغرافية اصلية Original Print . و يتم تثبيت الصور الفوتوغرافية فى الرسالة الاصلية و النسخ فى مكانها باستخدام لاصق جيد بحيث لا يترك اثراً خلف الصورة و توضع الصور الفوتوغرافية فى أقرب مكان لموضع ذكرها فى الرسالة .

· طبع برنامج الحاسب الآلى

عند احتواء الرسالة على نسخة من البرنامج الآلى المستخدم فى البحث يجب ان تكوم نسخة البرنامج المطبوعة على طابع الحاسب على ورق أبيض أن تكون جيدة خالية من أى عيوب و يمكن تصغير النسخ المطبوعة على آلات طباعة الحاسب التى تستخدم اوراق الطباعة الكبيرة و يكوم التصغير بنسبة تسمح بالطبع على ورق مقاس A4 مع مراعاة الهوامش المطلوبة و المتبعة فى الرسالة .

· التجليد

يتم تجليد النسخ النهائية من الرسالة بغلاف سميك باللون الذيتونى (الاخضر) و يكتب على وجه الغلاف عنوان الرسالة على بعد 5 سم من أعلى الصفحة و كذلك أسم معد الرسالة على بعد 6 سم من أعلى الصفحة كما يكتب على كعب الرسالة الدرجة العلمية على الكعب و اسم معد الرسالة فى المنتصف و سنة تقديم الرسالة فى اسفل الكعب .

· عدد النسخ المطلوبة

أ‌) قبل مناقشة الرسالة

يتم تقديم 3 نسخ تسلم الى لجنة الحكم و المناقشة بإلاضافة الى نسخة تحفظ فى ادارة الدراسات العليا بالكلية .

ب) بعد مناقشة الرسالة

يتم تسليم 4 نسخ اخرى نهائية توزع على النحو التالى :

3 نسخة لمكتبة الكلية تقدم معها نسخة كاملة على قرص من ( Floppy Disk 3.5) أو

اسطوانة CD .

1 نسخة للمكتبة المركزية بالاسكندرية

1 نسخة لمكتبة القسم

3- بنود الرسالة و تنظيمها

أ‌) تحتوى الرسالة على عدة بنود بعضها ملزم و لا تجاز الرسالة بدونها , و البعض الآخر عادة يوجد بالرسائل العلمية و لكنها تختلف من رسالى الى اخى نيعاً لموضوع بحث الرسالة و مجاله و يتم تحديده بالاتفاق بين الطالب و الاستاذ المشرف على الرسالة . و المرفق رقم (1) يبين البنود النمطية للرسالة موضح قرين كل منها إذا كانت ملزمة أو أختيارية .

ب‌) تكتب المراجع على النحو اللتالى :

· فى حالة الابحاث

المؤلف ( أو المؤلفين ) " عنوان البحث " اسم المجلة – رقم العدد و المجلد – اسم المدينة أو الدولة – تاريخ و سنة النشر – أرقام الصفحات .

· فى حالة الكتب

المؤلف ( أو المؤلفين ) " عنوان الكتاب " اسم الناشر – اسم المدينة أو الدولة – رقم الطبعة – سنة النشر .

و ترتب قائمة المراجع حسب ترتيب ورودها فى متن الرسالة .

ج) يتم الإشارة الى المراجع داخل الرسالة بذكر أرقام المراجع بين القوسين كما يلى : ] 1, 5 , 15 [

د) يرفق مع الرسالة ملخص باللغة الانجليزية و العربية بحيث لا يتجاوز كل منهما عن صفحتين و ذلك

بحسب المواصفات الموضحة فى الملحق رقم (4)

ح ) يكون ترتيب الصفحات الاولية للرسالة على النحو التالى :

- الصفحة الاولى تحتوى على عنوان الرسالة ة أسم الطالب و أسماء المشرفين و الدرجة العلمية و

اسم الكلية بالصورة الموضحة بالمرفق رقم (2)

- تحتوى الصفحة الثانية على إقرار مقدم من الطالب كما هو موضح بالمرفق رقم (3)

- تحتوى الصفحة الثالثة Approval Sheet كما هو موضح بالمرفق رقم (4)

- تحتوى الصفحة الرابعة على إهداء بحيث يكون قصير و مختصر ( إن وجد )

- يضاف بعد ذلك فهرس الرسالة

- تضاف بعد ذلك قائمة الجداول الاشكال و الرموز ( إن وجدت)

- تحتوى الصفحة التالية بعد ذلك على كلمة شكر موجهة من الطالب الى كل من ساعده فى إعداد الرسالة .

- تحتوى الصفحات التالية بعد ذلك على ملخص الرسالة

- يبدء بعد ذلك ترقيم صفحات الرسالة بدءاً من رقم 1 مع بداية أول فصل للرسالة و يستمر الترقيم العددى

حتى نهاية الرسالة .

4 - نماذج صفحات الرسالة العلمية

تحتوى الصفحات التالية على نماذج لبعض صفحات رسالة الماجستير ثم اعدادها طبقاً للمواصفات

المحددة فى هذا الجزء و ذلك لارشاد الطالب عند إعداد رسائلهم حتى يمكن إجازة الرسالة من الناحية

الشكلية .

5- اعتماد الرسالة

يشترط لإجازة الرسالة – بإلاضافى الى اتباع المواصفات المبنية بعالية – أن يوقع أعضاء لجنة الامتحان

على أصل و نسخ الرسالة طبقاً للنموذج المرفق بعد اجتياز مناقشة الرسالة بنجاح و يكون تاريخ الرسالة

المبين على غلاف الرسالة هو تاريخ منلقشة الرسالى .

6- نموذج دليل الرسائل العلمية

يتم إعداد نموذج دليل الرسائل العلمية كما هو موضح بالمرفق رقم (5) و ذلا لاتخدامه ضمن دليل

الرسائل العلمية كما يتم توقيع السادة المشرفين عليه فى الخلف ثم يسلم لإدارة الدراسات العليا .

يجب التدقيق التام عند كتابة و طباعة هذا النموذج و ذلك لأنه سوف يصور كما هو ضمن دليل الرسائل العلمية للعام الحالى كما يتم توقيع السادة المشرفين عليه فى الخلف ثم يسلم لإداةر الدراسات العليا .

يسلم النموذج المتكون من صغحة باللغة العربية و أخرى باللغة الانجليزية مكتوب على أى من البرامج الآتية

Word Ver. 6 or Word for Office 95 or Word for Office 97

و ذلك على قرص به ملفيت احداهما باللغة العربية و الآخر باللغة الانجليزية (فى الملخص العربى لا يكتب أى كلمات انجليزية و لابد من كتابة كلمات المفتاح بكل دقة فى الملخص الانجليزى فقط)

يكتب الاسم رباعياَ و يكتب تاريخ الميلاد بالطريقة الموضحة عالة بينما تترك خانة التاريخ منح الدرجة لتستكمل بمعرفة إدارة الدراسات العليا , و يتم كتابة الدرجة و القسم بكل دقة حسب الاسم الرسمى لهما كما تكتب أسماء المشرفين و الممتحنين ثلاثياً وع ذكر جهة العمل إذا كانوا من خارج الكلية فقط .

يكتب النموذج على الحاسب الشخصى بنفس البنط الحالى ( كوفى للعناوي و Simplified Arabic لباقى النموذج بحجم 13) و لا تزيد عدد كلمات ملخص الرسالة عن 15 كلمة و يكتب عنوان الرسالة نفسه بخط

( مدير حجم 14) و تترك الهوامش حول صفحة مقدارها 205 فى الصفحة A4 .

I know that contacting new companies is a headache, but let's try to know how to evaluate companies as they evaluate us :).

I think about factors of evaulation and categorize them:

1- Stability (you should assure that u are in a stable state) but How?

- If that environment is already established, i mean try to know its structure, and conclude if it is organized well or not.

- What about their partners, are there great or not?- What about clients or company customers? number and value of clients determine company scale

- Try to view company place and thier inside pcs(capabilities), material ppl used, and so on. This Conclude that how companies make ppl comfortable with environment.


2- Package

- Net Salary (Does company offer salary within market ranger).

- Social Insurance.

- Medical Insurance.

- Allowence.

- Bonus or Profit Share.

3- Experience

- What kind of Projects they work, huge project will be added value to u.

- What number of team members u will work with, experience get from working with team will be mor larger that working with ur self or working with small number.

- Does they meet the quality standard in their product or not, CMMI is one which measure that, so try to know what CMMI they are.Finally if u think, try to make 2 things
