Evaluate Software Companies

Dear Brother,

I know that contacting new companies is a headache, but let's try to know how to evaluate companies as they evaluate us :).

I think about factors of evaulation and categorize them:

1- Stability (you should assure that u are in a stable state) but How?

- If that environment is already established, i mean try to know its structure, and conclude if it is organized well or not.

- What about their partners, are there great or not?- What about clients or company customers? number and value of clients determine company scale

- Try to view company place and thier inside pcs(capabilities), material ppl used, and so on. This Conclude that how companies make ppl comfortable with environment.


2- Package

- Net Salary (Does company offer salary within market ranger).

- Social Insurance.

- Medical Insurance.

- Allowence.

- Bonus or Profit Share.

3- Experience

- What kind of Projects they work, huge project will be added value to u.

- What number of team members u will work with, experience get from working with team will be mor larger that working with ur self or working with small number.

- Does they meet the quality standard in their product or not, CMMI is one which measure that, so try to know what CMMI they are.Finally if u think, try to make 2 things

1 - ask about it through sites or ur friends.
