Technical Writer

 

Job Summary

A Technical Writer is responsible for writing & editing technical documentation. This person must have excellent research skills & must be able to organize his ideas.

 

Job Role

Develop and maintain how- to documentation and online help for both customer and employees.

· Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while working independently or with other writers.

· Assist in laying out material for publication.

· Interview production and engineering personnel and read materials to become familiar with production technologies and production methods.

Job Requirement

- Minimum 3 years in a technical writing role.

· Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

· Must have a demonstrated ability to work within deadlines.

· Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or English; or relevant degree or certification.
